Through his career, Angelo has helped develop and market over one million square feet of residential and commercial real estate, along with total team sales in excess of $3.1 Billon to date.

Licensed in CT, NY and CA with Douglas Elliman, Angelo's experience has afforded him a discerning insight to the lifecycle of real estate. During his tenure with Douglas Elliman's premier De Niro Team, Angelo played a critical role in bridging client's residential and commercial real estates needs. This has enabled him to apply best practices from all sectors of the market into any project or deal. Among his many accomplishments has been setting new “price-per-square-foot” records for commercial transactions; typically representing leases carrying monthly rents of up to $100K+; personal top-ranking sales in Manhattan's Luxury condo market and the acquisition of three Los Angeles commercial fulfillment centers for a total of $40M.

Prior to Douglas Elliman, Angelo spent five years as a Senior Project Manager and Licensed General Contractor for a major property developer with interests in NY and Miami. He began his career in finance, holding roles as Director of Business Development at a nationwide broker- dealer, and Account Manager at an investor relations firm. During his time with Oppenheimer & Co.'s Wealth Management Division, Angelo learned the values of optimizing his clients' bottom-line. His intimate knowledge of construction, financing and marketing, coupled with his vast network of resources and relationships, make him a sought-after, full-service real estate advisor.

Angelo is a George Washington University graduate with a BA in Finance. He completed advanced MBA courses at NYU's Schack Institute of Real Estate, plus holds Certificates in Commercial Real Estate and Property Management. As an active member of his community, Angelo is associated with CAI, CCIM, Habitat for Humanity and spearheading community public works projects that have garnered the attention and audience of both local and state officials.
