Kerry Gutierrez is thrilled to be a member of The Engel Team, one of the top producers for Douglas Elliman in Connecticut and Westchester. A native of Westchester County, Kerry is raising her 2 children in Wilton, CT, and has extensive local knowledge of the surrounding communities and all of Fairfield County.  She understands the challenges of the real estate journey and serves as a trusted advisor to her clients, explaining the current markets and guiding them through the process of buying and selling.

Before earning an MBA from Boston University, Kerry graduated Cum Laude with a B.A. in Business from Johnson & Wales University.  After a successful 20-year career at some of the most demanding Wall Street firms, Kerry took some time off to focus on her young family.  During her professional hiatus, she became the consummate volunteer at school, in her community, and at her social clubs serving on committees and holding leadership positions.  She now comes to the Real Estate industry with a unique set of analytical skills, able to synthesize market data, industry trends, and personal insights into usable narrations that help clients make smart, well-informed decisions.

Kerry is a highly motivated, seasoned professional, known to be tenacious and thorough.  She has a natural ability to engage with her clients, get to know them, and develop a clear understanding of their goals, motivations, and vision.  Whether working with top executives from a Fortune 500 firm, Private Equity Partners, or a young couple buying their first house, customer service is her polestar, and her unwavering commitment sets her apart.

Kerry is a devoted mother and wife who enjoys playing tennis and golf in the summer, skiing in the winter when time allows, and watching her kids at their many sporting events.
