Rachel has had many roles throughout her 20 year real estate journey, but her favorite role by far has been working behind the scenes with the Engel Team. Prior to her current position, she worked as a buyers agent for

many years. She grew her personal real estate business by building relationships with strangers over the phone,

which has allowed her to flourish in her current position. Her passion lies in optimizing systems and processes for

the team, while promoting continuous improvement. She is married and has 2 sons, 25 and 13.
